Responsibilities: Plans and develops the methodology /pre-sales approach, especially for Key Accounts and Key projects, executes experiments and trials, and performs data analyses for cement and concrete products formulation to ensure product acceptance at a price with an optimum contribution margin.Develops technical materials and provides technical training to Institutional and Channel sales so that product features and product differentiation are effectively communicated and optimum pricing is implementedDevelops materials with the marketing team to highlight product attributes and features on marketing materialsProvides technical training for the Manufacturing group so that product optimization (e.g. clinker factor reduction initiatives) are strategically aligned with Commercial and market requirementsLeads in organizing focus group discussions for Manufacturing and Commercial Group, so that product and application needs of customers are well-translated into Production and Quality targetsDevelops and implements technical materials and training modules for external stakeholders (Contractors, Specifiers, Regulators) to align the company's product portfolio and current market requirementsDevelops and implements a Pay-For-Technical Services portfolio capturing customer/market needs and requirements to generate income for the companyManages technical customer concerns, ensures resolution at the shortest possible time, and provides both internal and external recommendations to address the issue and prevent its recurrenceRequirements: Must be a college graduate, preferably with a degree in Civil or Chemical EngineeringPreferably a licensed Civil Engineer or Chemical EngineerPreferably with a minimum of three (3) years experience in working with concrete & cement, specifically in vertical & horizontal construction related work
