Job Description: We're seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. You'll identify prospects through cold calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of SDR experience, proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho, and a strong track record in high-volume outbound calling, ideally in the technology-related industry. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are well-prepared for success in this role.
Responsibilities: Systematically identify and initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling, targeting a volume of 200-300 calls daily, to build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Efficiently qualify prospects by understanding their unique needs and aligning them with our solutions.
Schedule meaningful meetings for our account executives, ensuring a seamless transition and setting the stage for a successful deal closure.
Maintain a well-organized CRM by accurately tracking leads and updating deals. Ensure data integrity and keep all records up-to-date.
Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, focusing on long-term engagement and fostering client loyalty.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on targets, improve the quality of leads, and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Appointment Setting, or high-energy sales position.
Exceptional verbal communication skills and a track record in high-volume outbound calls in a dialer environment.
Familiarity with any CRM tool and proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling.
Previous experience in the technology-related industry, such as VoIP or other technology sectors.
Availability and willingness to work within the Mountain Standard Time (MST) timezone.
