This is a full-time position based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, offering the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat channels
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
