Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations & team performance
Provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
Conduct quality assurance & team training
Prepare performance reports & collaborate with Ops Manager
Qualifications:

Davao-based
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years leadership experience (20-30 associates)
Fluent in English, experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Collections
Six Sigma/Project Management is a plus
