**Job Highlights**

- Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering exams and background/character checks.
- Schedule and organize interviews.
- Processes final offer and finalizes the recruitment.
- Prepare employment contract.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation.
**Pre-Onboarding**
- Conduct New Employee Orientation.
- Ensure completeness of submitted pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate with Admin Specialist for onboarding checklist.
**Requirements**:

- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills
- Amenable to work in Pampanga
