Talent Sourcing Manager - Tarlac

Key Responsibilities Plan and implement creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with various schools, government, and private organizations. Ensure hiring procedures are in compliance with Sutherland and Government policies Analyze reports on employment statistics including but not limited to; cost per hire, source of hire and diversity of recruiting initiatives Manage recruitment budget Plans and evaluates the sourcing methods used to recruit quality candidates Responsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of direct reports Required Skills Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course 3-5 years solid experience in digital recruitment marketing or online talent sourcing preferably in the same industry Has experience in Volume Hiring and creating sourcing plansExcellent presentation, data analysis and communication skills Proficient in MS Office Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient planning, time management, and decision-making skills Can communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates Capable to generate new ideas and manage them into reality Demonstrates ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assess Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities are essential
