Assistant To Career Counselor (Full-Time)

As an Assistant to the Career Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting the career counseling team in delivering high-quality guidance and mentorship to individuals seeking professional development and landing a job.

Key Responsibilities
- Match students' qualifications to potential job openings.
- Ensure that the resumes and cover letters are in proper guidelines.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Counselor for all information about the application. Provide reminders and updates about interview schedules.
- Act as the point of contact of the company on behalf of the student, ensuring quick and professional responses.
- Send reports and updates for the status of the students handled.

Qualifications:
- Has a bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in human resources, education, or business management.
- Familiar with the U.S. job market, possessing experience in U.S. headhunting/recruitment, human resources, executive assistant or related fields.
- Possess strong English communication, reading, and writing skills.
-Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
