Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, the Talent Acquisition Partner will be supporting various business units on their hiring requirements.
\n You are great at:Achieve 100% of assigned recruiting targets.Learn key business objectives, timeframes, legal issues, and requirements associated with each business unit.Understand candidate selection processUnderstand the key success metrics associated with hiring goalsEnsure a positive experience for every candidate, maintain a positive, respectful, and caring attitude with all candidates What it takes:Bachelor's degree holderPrevious hiring experience in a BPO, headhunting firms, start-up companies or related industries is preferred but not requiredPrevious experience hiring in sales roles requiredMust possess strong verbal and written communication skillsGoal-oriented, possess excellent time management skills and dedicated to teamworkStrong knowledge of MS Office Suite
