Job Title: Store Manager Reports to: Operations Manager A. General Functions: Responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, and customer satisfaction of the supermarket. Strategic and hands-on approach to leading a team, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the store.
B. Specific Functions: Conducts monitoring and double-checking of stocks display for replenishment; Ensures, monitors and checks availability of buffer stocks; Prepares, monitors and implements sales and Marketing drives to achieve the store's overall operational and financial performance target; Represents the Company in any form of investigations and legal compliance in terms of untoward incidents and/or crime within the store premises; Maintains and ensures harmonious and collaborative team atmosphere across all areas of the store; Monitors and ensures all personnel at the store are providing excellent customer service at all times; Ensures, monitors and coordinates with concerned department head the schedules of all stocks deliveries; Monitors and inspects all delivery transactions by validating necessary delivery documents and the actual delivery truck stocks locations/area; Monitors and double checks the freezer's temperature and ensures its compliance to required temperature; Ensures and monitors cleanliness of the entire selling areas; Ensures and facilitates pick-up and transfer at the warehouse of all empty stock boxes; Monitors and ensures safety compliances at the security entrances, backdoor, warehouses and complete night shift duty security personnel; Monitors and identifies over stocking incidence and plans and executes necessary re-allocations; Monitors and facilitates availability of shelf-tags on all items especially on those items without indicated price; Monitors and ensures compliance of concerned personnel to the set processes for avoiding Bad Orders; Executes performance evaluation for all Merchandisers and ensures performance efficiencies at all times; Monitors and identifies stocks for pull-out and ensures appropriate shelves' stock replenishments; Monitors and ensures implementation and compliance to all required Government regulations including Health and safety plan of the store; Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate head and/or the Management. Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
