Store Manager (Cham'S Convenience Store)

Principal Duties Lead daily retail operations and management of employees in a busy store atmosphere. Oversee the creation of production lists that will ensure timely delivery of the freshest products possible. Complete all store maintenance checks as scheduled to ensure all equipment is in good working order. Promote and maintain a positive work environment by working side by side with the staff to maintain service standards. Reinforce all sanitation, health department, security and safety guidelines. Required Experience Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree. At least 2 years of managerial experience overseeing 10 or more employees in a Food Service or Retail Service environment. Leadership skills, including a strong ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of individuals. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Flexible and creative under pressure. Must have expert knowledge in current marketing trends. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
