IT STAFF

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitors and maintain the computer systems and network of the company;
Ensures that each computer unit or computing terminals are free from viruses, malwares and spyware;

Ensures the correct running and maintenance of the Information Technology systems;
Manages the network sharing security, updating of the website, database of the HRIS;
Responsible in the periodic Backup of Accounting and HRIS files into external storage;
Sets up new users' accounts

and profiles and dealing with password issues;Limits network bandwidth of each user or restrict access to certain websites at specific time:
Recommends proposal for the procurement of the information technologies services and systems;
Operates other information technology related equipment such as scanners, printers, cctv camera, and others;
Facilitates and assist graphic designs, ID layouts, tarpaulin, and others as requested;
All other duties and responsibilities that maybe required to him/her from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Knowledge of data processing terminology, symbols, and methodology;
Ability to operate information systems input devices;
Ability to diagnose hardware/software problems;
Conversant in the basics of coop services;
Attention to detail and accuracy regarding time and organizational management. Requires multi-tasking and extensive customer service skills, and the ability to handle stress in a fast-paced working environment.
