Tasks and Responsibilities: Create and maintain social media accountsStay up-to-date with social media trends, technologies, laws, and best practicesOversee an organization's overall social media strategyDeveloping social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity and products identityWork with designers to create and publish social media postsCreating consistent, meaningful shareable content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, to drive traffic and improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaignsManaging a high volume of daily social media postsMonitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiencesCommunicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely mannerDeveloping and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer eventsRun regular social promotions and campaigns and track their successTrack, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROIUsing analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performancePerforming other duties when needed
II.Job Qualification
Min school Diploma, or bachelor degree in journalism, communications, marketing or equivalentExcellent writing, communication and presentation skills in EnglishFamiliarity with online marketing channelsUp to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends with a command of each network and their best practicesCreative thinkerSocial media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting is a bonusKnowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a bonusExperience in doing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok advertisement is an advantageMust be willing to work in shifting schedules
