Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Homebase is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social media management. We are looking for an energetic and dedicated individual with strong adaptability and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Energetic and dedicated personality
- Adaptability and leadership skills
