Site Qaqc Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities: Determine and performs inspections on all procedures and oversees testing methods of materials to maintain high standards in qualityCollates the Material Data specs and organizes samples for review of Senior QAQC prior to submission of clientAssists Senior QAQC for review of material qualities to ensure compliance to project requirementsGenerates and updates all QAQC submittal documents for review of Senior QAQC prior submission to the clientAssists Senior QAQC in all Weekly Site construction meeting with the client and in-house operations teamDoes daily inspections and generates punch lists and ncrs for the review of senior QAQC prior submission to in house operations teamDoes site coordination with Client's fellow junior QAQC to coordinate any matters and issues that may occur and immediately reports this to the senior QAQC for further adviseEnsures and monitors that the punch list internal and Client's punch list are done prior to any viewing or handoverAssists the Senior QAQC in acquiring signoffs of handover forms from clientAssists in monitoring area schedule Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture or Civil EngineeringRequired language(s): English, FilipinoPreferably with experience related in fit-out worksPreferably 1 to 2 years Experienced Employee specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.Willing to start immediately
