Thus, we seek to provide diversified projects in prominent locations and ensure the sustainability of such developments. We started in 2013 with a vision to carry developments that would answer to the great demand of the real estate market in Cebu. Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge in Real Estate Sales is an advantage.
With at least one year of conducting training and workshop
Must be keen to details, proactive with less supervision
Passion to grow people and loves to mentor
Good knowledge and understanding of
operations and business trendExcellent Written and Oral communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Job Descriptions
Prepares Dynamic Sellers by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation with Sales Officers.
Works closely with Sales Officers to create Focus Groups from Realty Firms.
Determines training needs by working with Sales Officers; observing sales inquiries; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales manager.
Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available.
Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget and controlling costs.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Works closely with Marketing Department in monitoring Exhibit schedules and other sales activities that involves Dynamic Sales Force and Focus Groups.
