This role focuses on strategic distributor and key account management, executing trade marketing strategies, and conducting market analyses to support decision-making and strategic sales planning. 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Distributor and Key Account Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with distributors and key accounts, ensuring they are updated with PD products and innovations.Trade Marketing and Promotions: Execute trade promotions and enhance visibility and sales through effective use of POS materials and promotional support.Market Analysis: Conduct market, customer, and competitor analyses to gather insights that inform sales strategies and product positioning.Administrative Support: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and market data to ensure alignment with strategic sales goals and manage expenses within budgetary guidelines. The Profile Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution.Experience Requirement: Minimum of one year of experience in trade marketing, with a strong background in distributor and key account management, preferably within the electrical or related industries.Competencies:Core: Safety, Teamwork, Customer Focus, Integrity, Continuous Improvement, Sense of Ownership.
Technical & Work Behaviors: Strong communication skills, proficient in MS Office applications, capable of making informed decisions, fundamental knowledge in distributor management and market analysis, diligent and ethical in all customer interactions.
