Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Chat Officer to join our team at Philippine Airlines in Davao City. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform to provide assistance with booking flights, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize decision-making skills to quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on airline policies, promotions, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for helping others.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
