The SE Asia Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our SE Asia Distribution/Channel Program. They will work closely with marketing and the Sales Director to execute our distribution strategy and create organic growth with our channel partners, while managing any Magnaflux direct key accounts in coordination with the commercial office in the Glenview IL, USA.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to create organic revenue growth with our key distributors/channel partners within the assigned territory
Ensure distribution/channel partner program incentives are scaled to mutually reward profitable growth by measuring results monthly
Monthly reporting and measurement of key account contract pricing, marketing activity and sales activity for distribution/channel partners with key end users
Collaborate with Marketing & Inside Sales to ensure web based automated lead workflows are with qualified distributors/channel partners and meet current requirements to successfully close the lead/opportunity
Coordinated communication with Marketing to ensure key distributor/channel partners have websites that support Magnaflux, i.e. online transactions, preferred product fulfillment with correct branding and content for our online web-based product offering
Utilize Pardot for marketing campaigns, to generate new leads and utilize Salesforce for lead/account management of distribution/channel partners/end users

Conduct individual review meetings with key distributor/channel partners to review activity, execution of strategies and organic growth and overall revenue on a weekly basis
Present and differentiate Magnaflux products to end user and distributor accounts. Determine select products offering on best form, fit and function

Generate equipment quotations using CPQ software for direct and channel partners
Increase knowledge of Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant Applications for consultative selling with Key Accounts
Develop or enhance sales capabilities through continuing education seminars or programs
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
