Continuous Improvement Specialist

A Continuous Improvement Specialist analyzes a company's processes and makes suggestions on how to improve them, working with the Operations and Supply Chain teams in recognizing opportunities, making and implementing changes, and sustaining improvements.**_Education_**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, logistics management or relevant discipline.**_Experience_**- 3 or more years of management and/or operational experience in the logistics industry.- Involved in performance transformation or improvement activities/programs/ process improvement experience**Special Skills and Personal Qualities**- Hardworking, patient, persevering and can work with minimum supervision- Computer literateSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
