Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 8-10 years in advertising sales, with 5+ years in leadership
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• In-depth knowledge of digital, print, and broadcast media
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong client relationship management
• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities:
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to exceed targets.
• Build strong client relationships and tailor solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop sales pitches.
• Oversee budget allocation and monitor expenses.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports using CRM tools.

Work Location: Salcedo Village, Makati
Salary Range: 90k to 160k + Benefits
