**Role Overview:**
As an Operations Associate, you'll play a crucial role in supporting various operational initiatives and processes within the company. You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and reliability in all processes while upholding Meralco's commitment to sustainability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of operational processes and workflows within the department.
- Support the operations team with data entry, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate ongoing operations and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects aimed at improving customer service and operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of operational activities and prepare documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any operational inquiries.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss operational challenges and propose solutions.
- Assist with inventory management and resource allocation to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives by identifying and recommending environmentally friendly practices within operations.
**Requirements:**
**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- At least one year of relevant experience in operations, administration, or related roles.
