The Opportunity (Open to Remote or Hybrid. Note: Must Work in Eastern Time Zone Hours) As a Revenue Operations Coordinator at Carbon6, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and accuracy of our data systems. Your day-to-day tasks will be essential in ensuring our Revenue teams have the clean, reliable data they need to succeed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work and is comfortable working in spreadsheets, and with data.
\n Your ImpactData Entry: Accurately enter & update data into various systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and error-free.Data Cleaning: Regularly review and clean data to remove duplicates, correct errors, and ensure consistency across platforms.Basic Analysis: Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.Support Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regular reports and dashboards, providing key insights to the Sales and Customer Success teams.Excel Mastery: Utilize Excel skills to manage and manipulate large datasets effectively.Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to understand data needs and provide the necessary support for various projects and initiatives. Your QualificationsDetail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and cleaning.Excel Expertise: Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating various software tools and platforms.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Problem-Solver: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve data-related issues.Adaptable: Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and processes.
