Job Description:
Fetch Valet is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. This position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, confident, and possess strong negotiation and emotional intelligence skills.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
