Job Description:

Balikbayad is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of resilience and motivation. Additionally, the candidate should have strong soft skills in emotional intelligence and adaptability.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Resilient and motivated personality traits
- Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
