Job Description:
As a Remote Client Service Representative at Solaire Resort & Casino, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients from a remote location in Davao City, Davao, Philippines. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns
- Tracking client interactions and keeping detailed records of communications
Requirements:
- Driven and motivated individual with excellent communication skills
- Strong planning and people management skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role or similar field
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
