1.
Inspect, repair, modify and install parts of refrigeration and air conditioning compressors, evaporators, condensers, chillers, and thermostats.

Carry out overhauling of refrigeration units by repairing, changing, or reworking broken parts of compressors, condensers, and vacuum pumps; inspect Freon level in refrigeration units and fix any leak observed, and charge units as required; clean and change filters, provide preventive maintenance on the evaporator and condenser coils.

Run equipment, observe its operation, and read instruments and gauges, including volt-ohm meters; find out temperature gauges and adjust mechanisms, including valves, pumps, and controls to direct levels of fluid, temperature, and pressure; charge with specified types and amount of refrigerant, and bleed contaminants from systems; inspect gauges and carry out periodic preventive maintenance checks.

Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors

Operate a variety of hand and power tools, Portable blow torch, ac vacuum pump, oxyacetylene torch set, Copper tube cutter, Flaring tool, Manifold gauge with the hose, Toolkit for press fitting, and Pipe bending tools.

Carry out minor electrical and mechanical repair and routine maintenance duties on equipment, building facilities and offices, building systems, grounds, and structure.
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
Graduate of Vocational Course or Associate Degree or Technical Certification related to the field is preferred.
With TESDA NC-II certification accreditation about technical training of refrigeration and air conditioning is preferred.
Three (3) to five (5) years of demonstrated experience in maintenance, repair, installation, and/or modification of air conditioning units.
Experienced working with AC brand name _DAIKIN & CARRIER_ is preferred.
With HVAC or Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration training certification or Accreditation from known technical training schools is preferred.
Knowledge in the principles of air-conditioning unit repair and maintenance, including controls, MSDS sheets, safety practices, procedures, and tools used.
Strong knowledge of the methods, practices, test instruments, tools, and materials typically applied in repairing and maintaining various refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and other similar equipment
