Adheres to food safety and sanitation standards, including maintaining a clean and organized work area, properly storing ingredients, and following hygiene protocolsMonitor the baking process, including checking the consistency and quality of the dough, ensuring proper riing and baking times, and adjusting temperatures or timing as neededOperate baking equipments such as ovens, mixers, and proofers to bake goods at the appropriate temperatures and for the correct durationsMixing and preparing doughs and batter according to the standard recipes, which may include bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
