JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from brokers, agents, and potential clients received through various channels (email, phone, online platforms).
- Provide detailed information about property listings, financing options, and other services offered by the firm.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings and meetings with clients and brokers.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase online presence and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for inquiries, comments, and feedback, responding promptly and professionally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for in-house and accredited brokers/agents.
- Facilitate communication between the firm and brokers/agents, ensuring they are informed about new listings, market trends, and promotional activities.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for property listings.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and conversion activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- PRC Accredited Salesperson
- Licensed real estate broker/agent (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including various asset classes and financing options.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
