Properties And Facilities Manager

Daily oversight of residential, commercial or industrial real estate, maintenance of facilities, planning maintenance, day to day repairs and renovation, security, mowing lawns and landscaping, replacing roofs, tiles, changing air vents, paints and upkeep of properties, plumbing, and electrical services

QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential, or equivalent is a plus
Experience planning and maintaining facility budgets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional leadership experience
Contract handling experience
Strong attention to detail

Salary Range: Php 25,000 to Php 40,000
