Minimum of 2 years Product Management experience on free-to-play (F2P) gamesExperience with data analysis and analytical decision makingUnderstanding of feature design and game economies for free-to-play mobile titlesExperience with titles both in development and in live operationsExperience running hypothesis testing and with general testing methodologiesExperience designing and documenting featuresStrong project management skills and a self-starter approach to delivering resultsMBA or Engineering backgroundStrong passion for optimizing F2P mobile gamesSuper awesome at MS Excel and exposure to other data analysis softwareExperience in JIRA, Confluence, or comparable team collaboration applicationsExperience writing SQL queriesDeep knowledge of engagement and monetization design to drive business KPIs in free-to-play gamesDirect experience owning KPIs in a high performing game that met or exceeded the genre benchmarks for retention and monetizationThrive in cross-functional team environments and communicate effectively with all departments: art, design, programming, and productionAbility to think strategically, tactically, and creativelyComfortable mining databases and extract key takeaways without the help of a dedicated analystExperience communicating and defending analytical insights to executive-level audiences to inform decision makingA self-starter: someone who is willing to step up and take charge to see their initiatives come to fruition
