Experience in determining all impacts of a new or changing product across all functional
areas and options evaluation to determine best approach for each IT system.
Build business requirement documents based on design concept and detail the
requirements for business and systems.
Create project plan to address all implementation tasks from inception through final delivery
– identifying all potential issues and driving to resolution.
Determine any operational, legal, compliance, pricing, delivery or other risks that must be
addressed and interface with the necessary parties to ensure acceptable solutions.
Experience in defining and executing product level testing procedures.

Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI)
Responsibilities
5+ years' experience in developing compelling product roadmaps and timelines for products in the remittance and loans space across the APAC region.
Aligning products to business requirements and working alongside the development team to deliver end-product on time.
Taking ownership of the entire product strategy and development.
Strong experience cross functional and influencing skills across Mortgage Enablement, Credit
Risk, Operations, Retail and with a range of external stakeholders and customers.
Extensive experience in backlog refinement and prioritisation, with the ability to dive into the solution to understand, challenge and improve solutions
Experience in following business initiative and product management procedures for formal approvals and risk assessments.
Experience in analysing product concepts and develop specific guidelines and obtain written approvals
