Product Manager

Description Of The Role:
? Have a complete understanding of the project's goals, objectives, target groups and
approaches
Apply strategic and innovative vision to drive project progress, ensure stakeholder
engagement, and overcome any implementation obstacles that the projects may encounter
? Manage a detailed implementation plan, including ensuring division of tasks, definition of
roles and responsibilities, and project oversight in collaboration with implementing partner
? Establish strong relationships with implementing partner and stakeholders to obtain their
input into research design, analysis, interpretation and application
? Maintain close communication with the COE, implementing partner, and stakeholders to
support successful project implementation
? Oversee timeliness and quality of partner meetings and guide planning, implementation
and supervision of workshops
? Ensure accurate and timely reporting (written and verbal) to leadership team, COE
and stakeholders on project processes, deliverables and finances.
? Documentation of product requirements, design and implementation
? Suggest solutions to identified product problems
? Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better
customer satisfaction and experience
? Create test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
? Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project
execution Collect quality data
? Identify key KPIs for product quality
? Prepare and present reports and metrics to stakeholders, COE and leadership team

Requirements:
? 3-4 years of program management experience
? Experience working in a fast-paced environment
? Meticulous attention to detail
? Experience in dealing with multicultural stakeholders
? Excellent communication skills both written and oral
