We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle of the allocated product portfolio for the business market. You will leverage our best-in-class network infrastructure to create and manage innovative products that meet market needs, drive revenue, and differentiate us from competitors. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
Define product positioning and value propositions, emphasizing the unique advantages of our superior network.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to bring products to market.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
Write clear and concise product requirements documents (PRDs).
Partner with marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns, messaging, and collateral materials
Work with the sales team to develop training and support materials for effective product selling.
Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and pain points are central to product design.
Gather and analyze feedback from customers, sales, and support teams to identify areas of improvement.
Build strong relationships with key customers to understand their unique business challenges.
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Regularly report on product performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Adjust product strategy as necessary to meet business goals and market demands.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field;
2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or telecom sector.
Proven track record of launching and managing successful B2B products.
Strong understanding of internet services, networking, or telecommunications.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
