Corporate Technologies Inc., a Filinvest Company The Product Management Specialist will monitor the product life cycle and design the strategies to ensure the growth and sustainability of the product at every stage of the life cycle. The Product Management Specialist must analyze market trends, develop the bestselling and distribution channel, ensure fair pricing, and recommend improvements to the product to enhance customer experience. Product Management Completion and performance of the following: Preparing product strategy/roadmap Conducting research and market studies for product development including data from customer insights Developing new products and solutions, from conceptualization to implementation processes Establishing the pricing guidelines and strategies for a new product. Quarterly reviewing product costing and pricing Support Sales in closing opportunities by addressing pricing and other commercial concerns) Product Support Conduct survey to solicit feedback on company products and services and gain a deep understanding of customer experience, Identify and fill product gaps Addressing Issues related to product through coordination with partners and concerned groups Maintaining the documentation for all information and activities related to the product. Providing support in designing the marketing materials, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, resources for trade shows, and other marketing activities Product Enhancement and Research Facilitate enhancements on existing products and solutions to ensure business viability and market competitiveness Staying updated with product knowledge, market dynamic, and sales process relating to the product. Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. Research on the competitiveness of products and services through ricing and partnership Others Handling administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams. Other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time by direct supervisor or BusDev Head Bachelor's degree in business management with specialization in operation management Strong understanding of the product features, including specification, performance, and technical capacity. Ability to remember critical details like product features and specifications. Ability to articulate product features and conduct demonstrations that are engaging and inspiring. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict datelines.
