Product Listing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Creating new product listings and managing the existing listings across our
B2B and B2C systems, and all associated online marketplaces (ex. Amazon,
Ebay).
Conduct campaign and account management to boost salesMonitoring accurate fulfillment and inventory levels.Assist eCommerce Manager in adding new products to various e-commerce
systems, upload images and manage product descriptions.
• Monitoring all online orders and managing the dispatch team and assisting
them when needed
Inventory management and stock controlAssisting across the e-commerce departmentExecuting all changes to the site including campaigns, new product uploads
product name changes, imagery, pricing, art elements, new pages, etc.
• Create and manage all discount codes for customers.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in SEO and Product Listing to different platforms
(Amazon, Ebay, Shopify)
Proven great track record on salesProven experience in all marketing aspects specifically in Amazon, Shopify and EbayProficiency in EnglishExcellent communication and negotiation skillsCapable of establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationshipsAbility to manage independent projects and tasksResults-driven, metrics oriented and self-motivated
