The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for a performance driven and capable individual to deliver effective and efficient support. This role will be focused on providing HR administrative support to the People and Performance team and first level assistance to the business. This role will be required to start early at 6:30am to coincide with Sydney times and will finish early at 3:00pm each day. 
Key Responsibilities Maintaining people data, systems, and records across APAC Managing employee life-cycle activities, including new employee contracts, on boarding, and off boarding Maintaining electronic employee files Managing HR tracking spreadsheets with regards to significant dates Assisting with the preparation of HR reports Managing service anniversaries and reward and recognition platform Creating purchase orders and preparing invoices for payment Providing support to the HR team on projects Providing Managers with support and guidance on HR processes and policies Constantly looking for opportunities to improve processes in line with the changing needs of the business 23rd April, 2024 James Hardie Industries is the world's #1 producer and marketer of high-performance fibre cement and fibre gypsum building solutions.
