1. Main purpose of the job Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Sourcing Specialist will partner with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to drive proactive talent attraction solutions, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent for niche roles. As part of the People team, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of HelloFresh as we look to leverage our best asset in our bid to continue our high growth: hiring great people!
2. Responsibilities and duties Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, industry events, and networking.
Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates, promoting HelloFresh Canada's employer brand and potential opportunities.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics, ensuring alignment in sourcing strategies.
Regularly update and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and recruitment goals.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the effectiveness of talent-sourcing strategies. Provide market insights to the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers. Candidate Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career goals, skills, and aspirations. Effectively communicate HelloFresh Canada's values and job opportunities to create a compelling candidate experience. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to facilitate efficient tracking and reporting. Generate reports and metrics to evaluate the success of sourcing strategies and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Additional Support: Assist with special projects, as needed, within the People team
