Your Role The purpose of this role is to support the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR processes, ensuring they are meticulously documented, streamlined, and executed seamlessly. The People Experience Specialist will work closely with the People Experience Lead to provide high-quality HR support, focusing on enhancing the overall employee experience. This role requires a solution-oriented mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include responding to HR inquiries, including those related to benefits and policies, ensuring all processes are documented, and consolidating data to identify tasks that can be moved to self-service. Your Responsibilities Employee Guidance:Provide general guidance to
employees (Self-Service Ambassador).HRIS Management: Validate new hire and
employee change requests in the HRIS. Assign time off and adjust employee
balances.Background Checks &
Invoices: Initiate background checks, review invoices, and submit for approval.Benefit Enrollments &
Verifications: Process
benefit enrollments and complete employment verifications.Onboarding: Manage the employee
onboarding cycle and present HRIS/benefits information to new starters.Collaboration: Work with People Business
Partners and Talent team to ensure security clearance is complete.
Collaborate with the Benefits management company for new starter
registrations and changes.Issue Escalation: Escalate issues as
appropriate.Process Improvement: Identify, propose, document,
and communicate potential improvements to the PSSS team.Monitoring: Monitor alerts for
probationary check-ins and approval workflows.Change Management: Provide support for change
management, produce new compensation statements and promotion letters.Employment Verifications
& Awards: Manage
employment verifications, anniversary awards, and wellness reimbursements.HR Policy Queries: Provide first-line HR policy
queries and refer escalations to People Business Partners.Sickness Pay & Leave: Advise on sickness pay and
leave, support managers in processing with People Business Partners.Absence Data: Ensure accurate absence data
on HRIS.Leave Paperwork: Provide leave paperwork and
coordinate communication across teams.Analytics Requests: Complete third-party
requests for analytics (government reporting/surveys and forms).HR Projects: Participate and support in
multiple HR projects.Documentation: Maintain updated quick guides, training
materials, scripts, and SOPs. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology,
Behavioral ScienceStrong functional knowledge of Talent
Acquisition & Onboarding operational processes and ability to define
process improvements.Can communicate effectivelyStrong HR expertise, with experience working
with multinational teamsExposure to HRIS preferably SuccessFactors
