Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
• Creates and publishes job ads in various recruitment portals.
• Collaborates with the hiring managers to set experience and qualification profiles for future
employees.
• Coordinates with recruitment vendors to ensure timely closure of employee requests.
• Screens resumes and job applications and conducts initial phone screens to create shortlists of
qualified candidates.
• Tracks hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
• Designs, distributes, and measures the results of candidate experience surveys.
• Advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
• Follows up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintains a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Recommends ways to improve our employer brand.

Job Requirements:
• BA in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, Business Administration, or relevant field Pa
• At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Supervisor, or Recruitment Consultant
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
• Understanding of general human resources/recruitment policies and procedures
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
• Does not go with the flow and have the desire to bring change/improvement to the organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to onsite work
