Labor Relations Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Assists the Labor Relations Manager in the handling of administrative and labor cases
- Conducts administrative investigations and hearings
- Drafts and sends out notices and memorandums to erring employees to inform them of their violation of the company code on employee discipline and the appropriate penalty in observance of due process of law
- In charge of documentation and monitoring of pending administrative and labor cases.
- Tasked with handling the billings of Labor Relations
- Represents the company in SENA, DOLE and NLRC proceedings. Assists in the preparation and filing of documents in relation to labor cases of the Company
- Conducts orientations and seminars on the Company Code and other relevant labor laws and regulations
- Assists in the gathering of relevant testimonies, written statements, and other evidence
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law, Political Science, Human Resource Management, Legal Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in?handling unions,?administration of the labor code and CBA policies is a PLUS
- Must be willing to travel to project sites and government agencies
- Office location is in Anonas, Quezon City.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
