QUALIFICATION: Completed 2 years in College (No Back Subjects). At least 5 years in BPO Set-Up. 3 years and above Operations Manager Experience. Preferably had 1 year experience in handling E-Commerce. Knowledgeable on handling the AMEA market is required. Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights anad weekends. Teach direct reports to become inspiring leaders for their own direct reports and model similar behavior as leaders of Leads. Capable of multitasking, being agile, and maintaining flexibility.
