Operations Associate

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Payment Gateway Integration and Management - integrating and maintaining connections with multiple payment gateways. Ensuring the payment systems are reliable, scalable, and secure.
? Transaction Monitoring and Security - monitoring transaction flows and implementing fraud detection and prevention measures. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
? Vendor and Partner Management - building and maintaining relationships with payment service providers.
? User Experience Optimization - streamlining the payment process to reduce friction and improve conversion rates. Gathering feedback from users to identify pain points and implement improvements in the payment flow.
? Data Analysis and Reporting - analyzing transaction data monitoring key metrics and preparing reports for stakeholders.
? Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management - ensuring all payment operations comply with local and international regulations.
? Technical Support and Troubleshooting - providing technical support, quickly diagnosing and resolving any issues and implementing backup solutions and contingency plans to ensure business continuity

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Must have a Bachelor's Degree
? Must have at least 3 years of working experience
? Must have experience in payment industry
? Must have experience working with Lazada, Gcash, Grab, PayMaya or the likes
? Must have strong understanding of online entertainment the e-commerce, fintech, and online marketplace ecosystems
? Must have excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
? Must be fluent in English and Filipino; proficiency in other local languages is a plus.
? Must be organized and has great attention to details
? Must be flexible to work on varying shifts and time schedules.
? Must have basic PC operational skills and knowledge in office applications such as MS Word,
MS Excel, Google Suite, etc
? Willing to work on Special Holidays
? Willing to work every last Saturday of the month
