Ensuring the payment systems are reliable, scalable, and secure.Transaction Monitoring and Security - monitoring transaction flows and implementing fraud detection and prevention measures. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Vendor and Partner Management - building and maintaining relationships with payment service providers.User Experience Optimization - streamlining the payment process to reduce friction and improve conversion rates. Gathering feedback from users to identify pain points and implement improvements in the payment flow.Data Analysis and Reporting - analyzing transaction data monitoring key metrics and preparing reports for stakeholders.Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management - ensuring all payment operations comply with local and international regulations.Technical Support and Troubleshooting - providing technical support, quickly diagnosing and resolving any issues and implementing backup solutions and contingency plans to ensure business continuity QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a Bachelor's DegreeMust have at least 3 years of working experienceMust have experience in payment industryMust have experience working with Lazada, Gcash, Grab, PayMaya or the likesMust have strong understanding of online entertainment the e-commerce, fintech, and online marketplace ecosystemsMust have excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Must be fluent in English and Filipino; proficiency in other local languages is a plus.Must be organized and has great attention to detailsMust be flexible to work on varying shifts and time schedules.Must have basic PC operational skills and knowledge in office applications such as MS Word,
