**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Online Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. As a key player in enhancing our online presence, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and driving audience interaction. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for social media, creativity in content creation, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Social Media Strategy Development**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
- Stay updated with trends in social media, technology, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for engagement.

2. **Content Creation and Management**
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other content creators to produce visually appealing and engaging posts.

3. **Community Engagement**
- Monitor social media channels for audience interactions, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Develop initiatives to increase brand loyalty, fan interaction, and user-generated content.

4. **Analytics and Reporting**
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (likes, shares, engagement rates, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of social media strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights to improve campaigns.

5. **Collaboration and Campaign Management**
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate online promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility on social media.

6. **Research and Growth**
- Conduct thorough research to understand audience preferences and market trends, enabling data-driven decisions for content strategy.
- Stay informed about competitors' social media activities and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience and Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

- **Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising strategies.

- **Personality Traits**
- Independent thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passionate about digital marketing and social media trends.

- **Soft Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong research skills to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitors' strategies.
