Job Description:
Insider is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online chat support role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, independent, and possess strong project management and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues
- Monitor and respond to incoming chat inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the chat support process and suggest solutions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or online chat support
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
