Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and training, with the ability to design, develop, and implement training programs that enhance contractors' skills, performance, and productivity. The Training Specialist will work closely with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs and ensure that training initiatives align with the company's goals and objectives. The candidate will also deliver onboarding training and assessments for new hires.
\n Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding Training: Deliver effective onboarding training to new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company and understand their roles and responsibilities.Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including instructional materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises, tailored to meet the needs of various functions.Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Continuously improve training materials and methods based on feedback and evaluation results.Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps. Conduct training needs assessments to determine specific requirements.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes. Prepare reports on training program effectiveness and employee progress.Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development. Implement new and innovative training techniques to enhance learning experiences.Operational Support: Assist with operational tasks and support other departments as needed during off-training periods.

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a similar role. With a good understanding of various sports and their rules; preferably US sports and leagues. Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create engaging and effective training materials. Strong organizational and time management skills.
