DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates with internal and external customers on training needs Assists the Senior Country Responsible Trainer in managing and delivering educational activities offered in the FMC Academy Coordinates with the commercial team to train new hires, external accounts, and customers on the assigned product/s Trains application specialists internally Provides, as per coordination, training/education to other FMC Philippine entities Attends and participates in organization and department-wide and mandated activities Attends relevant trainings required for the role Provides support to FKC operations on a per need basis Active management of training files, modules and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement including timely submission as required Participates in competency review activities initiated by partnering department. QUALIFICATIONS: With at least 2 years of hemodialysis nursing experience Teaching experience is a must.
