ROLE SUMMARY Our client is looking for a highly skilled Monetization Manager with a go-getter, entrepreneurial mindset, and a self-starter attitude. The ideal candidate should be analytical with strong data analysis skills and proficiency in mathematics. This role involves evaluating our properties and ensuring that the pages are optimized for monetization. The candidate will work closely with affiliate managers, SEO managers, and the head of CRO to enhance monetization strategies and implement necessary updates.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform the following tasks related to project management: oFacilitate and manage the process of page optimization for conversions and monetization
oEnsure tasks are completed on time
oFollow up on blocked or delayed tasks
Perform the following data analysis tasks: oEvaluate trends and request offers based on new opportunities in different countries, pages, or websites
oAnalyze data to ensure pages are optimized for the best offers and CTAs
Perform the following tasks related to affiliate management:
oCommunicate with affiliate managers to request new offers and manage tickets
oWork with affiliate managers on new offer requests and optimize existing offers
Perform the following SEO collaboration tasks:
oCollaborate with SEO managers to update pages with new offers and optimizations
oWork with SEO project managers and directors to implement SEO strategies that enhance monetization
Perform the following conversion rate optimization tasks: oWork with the head of CRO to advance testing and implement successful strategies on live sites
Ensure every URL is fully optimized for monetization with the best offers Communicate with affiliate managers, SEO managers, SEO project managers, directors, CRO managers, and publishers to facilitate the optimization process Evaluate properties and ensure the pages are optimized for monetization Work with affiliate managers on new offer requests and manage tickets for new offers Evaluate trends and request offers based on new opportunities in different countries, pages, and domains Collaborate with SEO managers to get pages updated Work with the head of CRO to advance testing and implement changes on live sites Track the performance of monetization strategies and deliver ROI reports Prioritize high-ROI strategies QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelor's degree in the related field 5+ years of experience in monetization management or a related field Experience with affiliate marketing and search engine optimization is a plus Experience with the gambling and online casino industry is a plus Experience in data analysis and trend evaluation Experience with CRO and implementing testing strategies Familiarity with website traffic and reporting platforms is a plus Expert with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Strong organizational skills, dedication, and a strong work ethic Analytical mindset with proficiency in mathematics Fluent or native in English communication and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and results-driven What awaits you upon securing the position?
