Acting as the main recruiter for the clients assigned to youDriving endorsements from the other team membersSourcing of candidates through various channels while maintaining keeping the cost per hire efficientEnsuring that candidates are logged in the ATS and status are updatedConducting interviews using various reliable recruitment tools/methods to filter candidatesAdminister exams assessing a candidates communication skills, technical skills and other relevant aspects as required by the roleEnsure that candidates are compliant with pre-employment requirementsAssist and monitor the onboarding candidatesFulfil hiring target of 3 hires per month at a minimum total bill rate per month of 240,000 PHP Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with main focus on IT requirements for clients in the IT, BPO or shared services setupKnowledge of the STAR Interview Response TechniqueA Filipino living in CebuWith a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Social Studies or equivalentAmenable to work onsite as neededCan start on February 2025
