Your mission is to support the recruitment team in filling up open roles within the specified timeframe. The role will report directly to the Recruitment Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities: Undertake candidate research through social media mediums and talent database in job platforms; Identify and shortlist candidates that best meet the role requirements and are able to start within the timeframe; Building networks and talent pools of future talent and job roles; Use tools including LinkedIn, Vincere, Lusha, SEEK, Google Boolean Search etc. for candidate identification and engagement; Proactively introduce relevant candidates to clients; Take candidate references as and when required; Communicate with clients, understanding their requirements, develop a strategy on how best to meet the demand, and update status on time; Develop and implement recruitment processes and provide new improvement ideas.
